1. "c" only works from vc0.
2. "mt" only works from vc0.
3. "e" broken waiting on editor in cf (works after "mt" from vc0).
4. stack prints not base aware (hex/dec).
5. word not found on vc1-vc5 is crash, vc0 works as expected.
6. ethernet code should be optional not required.
7. hard coded kernel addresses shoeld be eliminated.
