Since the Javastation contains a fairly standard VGA chip, native 80x25 textmode should be possible. BasVanSisseren has made it possible, the alpha-patches are available on http://www.dnd.utwente.nl/js/files/tsd-patches. A more detailed overview and an official patch will be put on this page soon.
